DUI/Refusal - Third Offense

A client was charged with DUI and refusal following a motor vehicle accident and an admission of alcohol consumption.  Attorney Farley's investigation determined that the previous charges did not qualify under the statute, and the matter was ultimately resolved as a first offense. After installation of an ignition interlock, the driver was granted a conditional hardship license, followed by restoration of driving privileges. Result: MINIMUM SANCTIONS

 

Possession of Cocaine with Intent

A client was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.  After investigation by Attorney Farley, several elements of the charge were called into question, and the matter was dismissed.

A client was charged with felony theft of merchadise from several prominent department stores.  Attorney Farley successfully argued several procedural issues and the court subsequently dismissed the charges.
